Softi9 - Inovação Infomática, Lda. (responsible for data processing), hereinafter referred to as Softi9, promotes the processing of personal data of the individual customer, complying with the rules and principles established by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

The processing of personal data is justified by the consent given by the holder of the personal data, the negotiation, conclusion and execution of contracts, the fulfillment of legal obligations and the interests legitimately pursued by Softi9. The legal basis for the treatment is that provided for in the rule of art 6, no. 1, als. a), b), c) and f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interests invoked refer to the commerce, disclosure and marketing developed by Softi9 in the exercise of its commercial activity.

The data processed concerns the name, company, telephone contact, e-mail address, tax identification number and address.
